This offering is for you if you are at a crossroads in your life and desire to get super clear on your next steps.
Emotionally proccessing something and feel unsure of how to clear the path ahead. I listen deeply as you share about your experience, and clear any blocks, confusion or energy that is not yours.
If you are feeling disconnected from yourself and struggling to be alone these sessions will bring you back home to yourself.

We gather either online or in my studio in West Auckland for a couple of hours, the sessions are longer so that you have time to really settle in and allow spaciousness for sharing and allowing your body to deeply rest and receive.
A lot of people experience healings whilst they are still tense and it is harder for the life force energy to bypass a busy mind. So we gather we drink tea and have a 1:1 ceremony where I invite you to share what is going on for you and if there are any particular areas of concern for the appointment, while you speak I am able to scan your body for areas that might need extra attention.
There is so much healing that happens automatically when we feel seen and heard and this is why I always begin with talking.
After our sharing time you settle onto the massage bed and I cover you in a cosy blanket, I guide you into a deep trance like meditation where our energies connect in the quantum (a space where anything is possible) and I begin the healing.
A lot of people go to sleep at this point of you might feel so blissed out and just enjoy receiving.
I always begin with a body scan to check in with your energy centers and see where I need to begin the healing. For a lot of people I begin from the bast chakra and work my way up.
Our base chakra is responsible for our feelings of safety within ourself and our relationships with others. this is our grounding point and for most people when we feel anxiety this is a signal that our base chakra (the bottom of the spine) is not spinning at its full capacity.
