WHAT EVEN IS INTEGRATION?
You know how a cup of coffee when it’s full will overflow if you keep adding more liquid?
Humans are the same, if you keep trying to ascend, grow and become MORE MORE MORE you will eventually get burnt out and overwhelmed at the spiritual aspects of life.
Integration is the pause between activations, the slow inhale before you dive into the next ceremony, journey or modality.
